As a Marketing Performance Manager, my focus is devoted to client engagement and project management. I work closely with clients to execute and measure results for their campaigns, as well as act as an advocate for their company within the walls of Valve+Meter.
I graduated from Azusa Pacific University, with a degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. I have over five years experience in the Marketing and Event industries, working from coast to coast. I have been able to develop an expertise in not only project management and client relations, but also in marketing strategy and communication.
With a background in communication, it excites me to have the opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis. My training in organizational communication has allowed for my client engagements to excel. This is executed by staying on track, meeting deadlines and delivering results, all while building lasting relationships.
Growing up, volleyball has always been a major part of my life. After playing through college, it continues to be the way I spend my free time outside of work. RECC leagues have been such a fun way to be active and meet new people in the city. Also, being new to the Midwest, I travel back to Los Angeles and Washington D.C. every couple of months to visit friends and family.
Most people find it surprising to learn that I grew up speaking at conferences with my dad, promoting a communication game he and I developed together. The focus of this game is centered around strengthening family communication, specifically for fathers and daughters. At the conferences, we would be on stage together, as we shared our personal experiences and how it has impacted our family dynamic for the better. It was such a unique experience to have him take such an intensional approach to getting to know me and building a relationship through my teenage years, but also to learn from him in the business environment. The experience completely shaped who I am today, and it will always be an amazing part of my life.
