I help manage Marcia’s (our founder & CEO) calendar by scheduling meetings, video conferences and phone calls. I also communicate/coordinate with our clients to schedule calls and meetings for the various steps of the marketing process.

Background and Experience

Before joining Valve+Meter I spent four years as a nanny/house manager. Prior to that I was the Associate Program Director at an International Adoption Agency for four years. During that time I had the opportunity to travel to Haiti, Democratic Republic of Congo and Samoa. Early in my career I spent fourteen years at Tyco/ADT Security as the Resource and Scheduling Team Manager. While working at Tyco/ADT, I completed my Bachelors Degree from Anderson University in 2013.

What makes you unique to excel in your position?

I have always been a very organized person. In my job, I use my organization skills when planning, communicating, and multitasking.

Interests and hobbies outside of work

My daughter plays softball year round, so a lot of my free time is spent at the ballpark watching her play. When we aren’t at the ballpark my husband and I enjoy going to concerts and spending time with friends.

What is your dream travel destination and why?

My dream travel destination is Ireland because I want to experience the beautiful views and amazing food.
