I’m responsible for revolutionizing the way V+M implements email marketing. Email marketing may not have the “glamor” of other marketing channels, but done correctly, email marketing can be the highest earning channel for our clients. Working with a variety of clients provides me with an opportunity to explore different concepts and strategies and determine what works best for our clients.
I started out in marketing as a video producer and content creator. But I wanted to be more involved in marketing strategy and decided to add data analytics and digital marketing to my skill set. Now I use marketing data to inform my creative and strategic decisions to deliver powerful messaging for V+M’s clients.
I try to approach marketing from a position of “If I was the audience, what would get my attention and make me buy the product?” Every email is an opportunity to strengthen your relationship with your audience, and win them over to your business.
I’m a jack of all trades and my hobbies tend to fluctuate. I’ll pick up a hobby for a few months at a time, learn what I want from it, then move on to the next. Right now my hobbies include: BBQ, re-learning the guitar, and trying to decide if I want to replace my carpet with LVF myself.
