SEO Content Manager Role at Valve+MeterI help companies improve their exposure on search engines. I do this through optimizing content, keyword implementation, and building links to our clients’ pages. Basically, we want to make sure that search engines recognize our content as relevant and important to what their ideal customer is looking for online.
I graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in April of 2020 with a degree in Business Administration. After thinking I knew what I wanted to do as a career countless different times, I finally realized the passion that I have for digital marketing, and SEO specifically, through a couple of internships. The experience that I gained from those internships led me to Valve+Meter, where I’m fortunate enough to do my passion.
The enjoyment that I get out of my work pushes me to perform at my highest ability. I really enjoy the work that I do and I think that it is one of the reasons that I succeed in SEO. The more that I’m able to get done in a day, the happier I am about my performance. I’m always looking to learn more and improve on my abilities.
In my spare time, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my wife, Megan, watching sports – Go White Sox and Seminoles – hiking, fishing, or watching a scary movie. If we’re not doing any of those things, it must be country concert season so you can find us there.
My dad and I love going to the Little League World Series games in Westfield every year, so it’s definitely on my bucket list to eventually go to the championship games with him in Williamsport, PA.
Another bucket list destination is Jamaica. I’ve been there briefly but definitely want to explore the country more than I was able to the first time I was there.
