I am the Director of Strategy at Valve+Meter, providing strategic insights and recommendations for partners based on a holistic and innovative approach to marketing.
I received a degree in international business from Valparaiso University and have experience with consulting groups, trade associations, corporations and nonprofit organizations. I also have experience in account management, media buying, strategy development and campaign execution in virtually every marketing platform across multiple business verticals.
I think I have a unique ability to connect with individuals, both on a personal and professional level, to quickly understand not only where they are trying to go, but what is motivating them to get there. My diverse background enables me to quickly learn about new organizations and industries, embracing what makes them unique and how marketing can help tell their story. I have had the opportunity to place media buys for both print and broadcast, develop printed sales collateral as well as conference assets, launch websites and guide rebranding initiatives, and develop/execute digital campaigns across multiple social media and email platforms. My marketing experience spans many levels, from budget and strategy through to creative development and placement. I feel I am uniquely qualified to advise clients in developing winning marketing strategies.
When I am not at work, I am actively involved in my home church and sing in the praise band for their contemporary service. I also serve on the board for The Trinity Great Banquet, a local chapter of an international ministry and enjoy other volunteer activities. I also have a passion for international travel and count Spain, Italy and Israel among some of my favorite destinations.
Most people don’t know that, I earned my black belt in Tae Kwon Do when I was 14.
